Northwest College is celebrating its 75th Anniversary with a Gala Friday, April 1, in the Yellowstone Building Conference Center on campus.

Social hour begins at 6 p.m., and dinner gets underway at 7 p.m.

During social hour, the NWC Faculty Jazz Group will perform, featuring Robert Rumbolz, Zach Paris, Tristan Eggener and Eric Hagmann.

This event is open to the public. Tickets for the in-person event are $50 per person. To purchase them, visit https://nwcollegefoundation.org/75. The RSVP deadline is Friday, March 18.

For those who are unable to attend the event in person, there is also an opportunity to join the celebration virtually. Those who wish to participate can order an “at-home celebration kit.” Each kit comes with two champagne flutes, candy, instructions to join the celebration online and a few custom NWC 75th anniversary items.

By tuning into the live event online via Zoom, participants will be able to view the 75th anniversary video and participate in the toast at the end of the night. Those who are interested can purchase their kit at https://nwcollegefoundation.org/celebrate. All kits will be mailed later in March.

The Gala menu consists of a four-course meal. Hors d’oeuvres include a gourmet cheese board, vegetarian antipasto platter, chipotle bacon chicken skewers and beef sliders. The first course is a tomato mozzarella stacked salad with balsamic reduction, olive oil, sea salt, microgreens and fresh cracked pepper. The main course is filet mignon with red wine demi and crispy shallots, creamy garlic mashed potatoes and grilled lemon broccolini. For dessert, guests can choose from an assortment of cupcakes with whipped cream, buttercream, candy pieces and sprinkles.

There will be a cash bar at the event, operated by the K-Bar. Additionally, a “signature 75th cocktail” will be available.
