POWELL, Wyo. - Lorilyn Beck will explore the business power of personal greeting cards Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Worland Business Roundtable. Lunch and networking opportunities start in the Washakie County Library at 11:45 a.m., with the program getting underway at 12:15 p.m.

Beck, an academic affairs office assistant at Northwest College, will explain how the relatively inexpensive practice of sending unexpected cards can boost revenue, referrals, customer loyalty and retention. She'll also demonstrate how relationship marketing can help a business set itself apart from local and Internet competitors.

Although admission to the roundtable is free, thanks to Big West Auto Plex for providing lunch, preregistration is required by noon Wednesday, Oct. 21.

The Worland Women's Roundtable is sponsored by Big West Auto Plex through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and Northwest College Center for Training and Development. Program support is provided by Washakie County Library and Worland-Ten Sleep Chamber of Commerce.
