Photo exhibit opens Jan. 24 at Cody's Open Range Images

P O W E L L,  W y o. - An exhibit of images by 10 photographers will be unveiled in a 4-7 p.m. reception Saturday, Jan. 24, in Open Range Images Gallery in Cody.

Eight Northwest College students are featured in the exhibit. They are Julie Riggle and Agata Stader of Cody, Lindsay Linton and Pia Trotter of Powell, Brian Harrington of Greybull, Gail Carver of Worland, Charles Stoll of Douglas and Robyn Schmidt of Bozeman, Mont. Work by other NWC photography students will be available for viewing in bins.

Also featured is the work of Red Lodge artist Anne Laird in her show titled "Explore the Abstract," and Cody photographer Mark Dolce in "Icons Revisited."

With 10 very different creative minds contributing to this show, a variety of photographic images and techniques will be displayed, from abstract flowers to computerized images and realistic portraits of horses.

Open Range Images Gallery, located at 1201 Sheridan Ave., is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday.
