Rock Springs artists in Powell Friday, Oct. 2, for "Animorph" reception

POWELL, Wyoming — The Northwest College Art Department invites the public to meet two Rocks Springs artists at a Friday, Oct. 2, closing reception for “Animorph,” a mixed-media and ceramics exhibit.

The reception begins at 10:30 a.m. in Northwest Gallery.

Featured artists Florence Alfano McEwin and Bart Fetz will discuss their distinctive creative processes in a gallery talk, offering viewers an opportunity to hear as well as see the culmination of the artistic process.

Both artists are faculty members at Western Wyoming College in Rock Springs.

Their “Animorph” exhibit closes at noon when the reception concludes.

The Northwest Gallery is located in the Cabre Building at Northwest College. Admission is free.
