The Northwest Rodeo Council is hosting its 18th annual Rodeo Gala Saturday, Feb. 6, at the Cody Auditorium.
The event starts with a 5:30 p.m. social hour, followed by a prime rib dinner at 6:30 p.m. A traditional auction and a silent auction give gala goers an opportunity to bid on western artworks and other valuable items. Among items up for bid are overnight destination travel packages and several handmade western articles made by well-known local artisans.
The annual gala is sponsored by the Northwest Rodeo Council in support of the Northwest College Rodeo Team. Funds raised during the event are used to help underwrite the team’s travel costs, scholarships and special schooling.
