Training Programs

Please register early. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Apprenticeships

We offer electrical, HVAC, and plumbing apprenticeships, all of which include on-the-job, classroom, and online components.

Simulators

Training is available on forklift and hydraulic excavator simulators, featuring a variety of lifelike situations or modules of increasing difficulty.

Online Training

Imagine being able to update your professional skills, prepare for a new career, or even learn just for fun while in the comfort of your own home or office…no class schedule, no babysitter, no traffic! The Northwest College Center for Training and Development offers FOUR types of online learning options that allow you to learn where you want and when you want..

Customized Training

The Center for Training and Development (CTD) at Northwest College is your link to quality customized training programs for organizations or businesses throughout the Big Horn Basin.

Commerical Driver's License (CDL)

Come and see what the CDL class is all about! We will take you from start to finish on the requirements of CDL, the requirements for the class, how the training works which is mostly self-paced, and cost and funding to help pay for the class. (orientation is free).

Test Proctoring

NWC does not have a dedicated testing center - please call at least one week prior to testing date to schedule an appointment.
