Trappers Run Out Of Steam In Quarterfinals
After a midseason turnaround landed the NWC women’s basketball team a spot in the Region IX quarterfinal, fatigue and limited depth caught up to the Trappers. They fell flat in Casper last week, losing to Region IX South winner Western Nebraska 100-28 on March 3.

Men's Season Ends On The Road
A season of highs and lows came to an end on Saturday from the Northwest College men’s basketball team. The Trapper men traveled to Torrington to take on Eastern Wyoming for their Region IX play-in game and dropped the contest 99-85.

After a busy week that featured four games in seven days, the Trapper women came up against a familiar opponent on Saturday at home in a Region IX tournament play-in game. The Northwest College squad stepped up to again defeat Central Wyoming, 70-49.
