This three-part basic digital photography class will go over the different settings on digital cameras, exposure triangle, file formats and creative aspect of digital image making. The first class will cover how to use digital camera off the auto mode and adjust the settings for the various lighting situations from outdoors to indoors. The second class will include a photo walk in downtown Powell to practice adjusting the settings and make images. The third class will go over some basic editing and evaluating your images.
Jen Litterer-Trevino, Assistant Professor of Photography, has been teaching photography
for over sixteen years in Texas and Wyoming.
Materials to bring:
- A digital camera that allows you to change shooting modes and other settings
