SOUND BATH MEDITATION: Sound Bath Meditation: Pure Sound for Deep Rest
Begin with a brief meditation to relax the body and mind, then experience 45 minutes of pure sound with Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. The uninterrupted time spent in the soothing soundscape allows for truly deep relaxation, and healing rest. The session will conclude with a time of intentional silence, and grounding return to awareness.
ease note: Individuals with DBS, history of seizures, or other physical health or mental health concerns should consult their medical provider before participating in sound vibration sessions.

ABOUT CAITLIN SCHAEFER
Caitlin is a wellness teacher based out of Montana/NW Wyoming. She has a heart for offering gentle practices that allow participants to slow down, create stillness, and experience deep rest. Themes of sacred awareness, and living with compassion + lovingkindness are often woven into her teachings. She has shared these practices across the United States, and internationally through classes, specialty workshops, events, private custom sessions, yoga festivals, wellness conferences, and with luxury hospitality/tourism companies.
Caitlin is a certified sound bath practitioner, a certified yoga teacher, registered
with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 500hr, and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider
(YACEP).
Additionally, she is a Level I and Level II Reiki Practitioner, and meditation teacher/facilitator.
