Pure Sound for Deep Rest Begin with a brief meditation to relax the body and mind, then experience 45 minutes of pure sound with Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. The uninterrupted time spent in the soothing soundscape allows for truly deep relaxation, and healing rest. The session will conclude with a time of sacred silence, and grounding return to awareness. Please note: Individuals with DBS, history of seizures, or other physical health or mental health concerns should consult their medical provider before participating in sound vibration sessions. Participants must be 18+
